Testimonies

I’ll never forget the first workout I did with Ryan. I went with my mom to one of her workouts thinking that I wouldn’t really get a good workout because I thought I would be doing HER workout. I was 21, played sports, and worked out pretty regularly. I thought it was going to be easy, and I was really just going to spend time with my mom. I start the workout and laugh because I wasn’t sweating at all. Once Ryan saw that, he put me to work. I was drenched in sweat by the end and was so sore the next day. Ryan individualizes his workouts based on the current capability of his clients. Even in group workouts, he will challenge YOU based on where you are physically. He is very encouraging, and is very knowledgeable in accommodating injuries. He will push you to your limits, but encourages you to listen to your body. His music is great, and his energy is contagious. He really gets to know his clients, and you will leave your workouts with a new friend. You will be challenged, pushed, and will absolutely look forward to your next workout!

I am a 51 year old woman that used to be in great shape until about 14 years ago. My life began to change and for the first time, I found myself out of shape and well just plain out fat. To be exact about 78 lbs. over weight. I couldn’t even walk to get the mail without being out of breath, I had no quality of life. 2 years ago I knew it was time to do something about this weight gain. I decided to look into a personal trainer, I needed the accountability most of all. Fast forward two years, I am now in much better shape, and am 45 lbs. lighter, only 33 lbs. to go to meet my goal weight.

I look forward to going to my workouts at Pinnacle Personal Training aka PPT  three days a week. Ryan the owner of PPT and my personal trainer is ready to receive his clients and has written out a challenging workout for us, that he will lead us through every step of the way. The clients that workout with Ryan are like one big family. Everyone says hello to one another as we are leaving or arriving. So it boils down to this,  if you are looking for a personal trainer that gives you: accountability, with affordable pricing, reliability, top notched, challenging work out every single time, friendly place with a family like feel then Pinnacle Personal Training is for you! I can’t imagine ever stopping my personal training, it has been life changing for me.

My wife and I have been working out together with Ryan for over a year, our workouts are drastically different with the levels of strength and targeted areas for improvement yet there is no down time during our workouts.  Ryan keeps you moving through the workout with encouragement and challenge during every exercise.  The workouts are tailored to you and he pays close attention to any injuries or known conditions.  He is an amazing trainer, flexible with your schedule and fun to workout with. You will see results!

Prior to training with Ryan in June 2014, I barely had the energy to get through the work day and could not get off the couch once I got home. I experienced frequent back and joint pain and did not have the endurance to do activities like hiking I used to enjoy with my husband. After a lengthy process of being diagnosed with low thyroid and arthritis, I wanted to get back to the health and lifestyle I had before. As I had very limited physical activity for over a year, I was concerned that I would not be able to do what was required during personal training or ever achieve the physical fitness I needed to be healthy. It was important to me to be with a qualified trainer who would work with me on proper form and technique to reduce the likelihood of injury during PT. I had tried personal training in the past, but the gym setting and the approach of the trainer were not for me. During my first workout with Ryan, it was obvious I had found the right fit in a trainer. He was patient, kind, and encouraging without being “soft”, and he modified the workout when needed. He was very caring and attentive to what I and others needed, and his passion, knowledge, and connectedness to others were exactly what I needed. It was a slow start for me, but Ryan kept giving me the reassurance and the push to press on. As the weeks progressed, I was able to expand my capability and to do much more than I thought I would ever be able to do again. As time went on, I became stronger, and my energy and endurance increased. I lost weight, and I felt better than I had in a very long time. I am no longer on medication for arthritis, and I have met my goal of being able to return to hiking trails. I recently completed a 16 mile day hike with my husband, something I was certain I would never accomplish. Ryan encourages us to be the best version of ourselves, and I know that I will continue to reach new heights.
