Private personal training is a great option for someone who prefers a 1 on 1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training. Whether you just feel more comfortable training on your own, or need flexibility with a hectic schedule, private 1 on 1 training is right up your alley.

Pinnacle also offers semi private group training for those who like working with a partner, or feel like they get more out of their workout while being part of a group. Group training typically consists of 2-4 people, and is more cost effective than 1 on 1 personal training.

However, we also know that talk is cheap.  We know that every gym will tell you that your results and satisfaction are their top priorities.  That is why we created our two-week trial.  No one wants to be forced into a commitment without experiencing firsthand what they are getting in to.   So with that in mind, we invite you to take our two-week trail.

This gives you up to 6 workouts in a 14-day period for only $69.
